Lord,
When I forget to let you lead,
When to your word I do not heed,
When I feel we’re far apart,
Charge it to my head and not my heart.
When I’m froggy, hold my feet
When I’m angry, be my peace
When my day seems dark and cold,
Remind me God, You’re in control.
Patience thin and hard to find
Help me Lord to keep in mind,
The battle’s won by You, not me
When harvest comes, I then, will reap.
